SERVICE DESCRIPTION The Service Provider agrees to perform WAXING / IPL / HAIR REMOVAL services for the Client, which includes: • A consultation to determine the most suitable brow shape and color. • Application of BODY WAXING / IPL / HAIR REMOVAL • Detailed aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results.
2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES The Client agrees to:
• Provide accurate information regarding any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities. Follow all aftercare instructions provided by the Service Provider.
•Avoid using any other products on the treated area within 24 hours after the procedure .
3.RISK & ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS The Client understands and acknowledges that:
• The BODY WAXING / IPL / HAIR REMOVAL services may, in rare cases, cause mild irritation due to individual skin sensitivity.
• Results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and personal physiology.
• The Service Provider is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from the Client’s failure to follow aftercare instructions.
4. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER The Client understands and agrees that:
• This service is not a permanent tattoo, and the color will naturally fade over time.
• The Service Provider is not responsible for any dissatisfaction due to the Client’s personal expectations.
• The Client waives all legal claims against the Service Provider once the service has been completed.
5. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY • The Client agrees to pay in full before/after the service is performed. • No refunds will be issued once the service has been completed.
6. SIGNATURES & AGREEMENT By signing this agreement, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated above.
